It’s location. Staff is cooperative, food was good , location is just on the bank of lake of Tehri Dam.

Not clean. Dust accumulated on many surfaces. Even informed the manager about this, who promised to improve.

They have a very good location with mountain and lake view along with water sports. The views are scenic and one would definitely enjoy the time spent in the lap of nature.

The service is not up to the mark. We had paid the good amount for early check in which they didn't provide any bill. Also the room service is pathetic there. For a very basic need, you will need to call them at least 5 times. In one room, there was no fridge, TV was not working and they took more than 3 hours to fix the geyser. They wont entertain any request for the change of room even after they being at fault. Apart from these they have menu which has old prices. If you go for breakfast they have menu saying 400+taxes but in reality you will be charged 600+taxes for the breakfast only.
