staff were friendly and helpful. cheap and comfortable location in a good spot to visit fort kochi on a budget

the sheets were clean but old stains were present. having fully clean sheets that appear good would have made this an awesome experience

Qualité de l'accueil, chaleureux, aidant. Notre train étant très en retard, nous sommes arrivés très tard. Prévenu, l'hotelier nous attendait à 11h45 le soir. Commande taxi pour le départ OK. Distributeur eau chaude et froide, thé et café, à chaque étage. Ascenseur, ventilateur et AC OK. Restaurants à proximité. Bonne communication.

Un tout petit détail : ajouter quelques cintres dans la penderie
