Helpful staff and comfortable room

Everything was OK

Fantastische plek in het centrum en voetgangersgebied. Alle winkels, restaurantjes, koffietentjes en bezienswaardigheden zijn dichtbij en makkelijk te voet te doen. We waren vroeger dan de incheck tijd maar dat was geen probleem omdat de kamer al schoon was. Ze is zelfs meegelopen naar de parkeergelegenheid van het hotel om te laten zien waar het was en te helpen met de bagage. Dit was ong. 5 min lopen. De kamer is heel fijn en schoon. Ook dikke prima met 2 kleinere kinderen.

De waterdruk van de douche was wat laag, maar verder niks.

Quel confort! Superbe chambre. Spacieuse et joliment décorée. Établissement très calme. Très bonne situation pour visiter la ville à pied. L’accueil est particulièrement agréable. Sur réservation une place est disponible à 2 pas de l’entrée de l’hôtel. Ce qui est très pratique car l’hôtel est dans une rue piétonne. Nous espérons revenir.

This is an excellent apartment located in the heart of the older part of the city. Sofi, the hostess, is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you might need during your stay in Veria. I highly recommend this place!

The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the receptionist really polite and helpful. The triple bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa could easily host a couple with 2 children (the sofa ends up being a regular double bed). We booked last minute and even changed our estimated arrival time but they were happy to allow a really late check in after midnight and a parking spot for our car. The room was spacious, nice and cool on a very hot day in Veria and the location was superb, right in the city centre.

There is no elevator and there are high staircases leading to the 1st and 2nd floor, where the rooms are. Even though everything looked clean, the bathroom facilities could have been maintained better or replaced. Some lights didn't work

A very charming small hotel with very kind owner, who welcomed us and recommended several very good restaurants and sites around.
