This hotel had an old world charm with the added bonus of being beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Also had a very friendly bar with toys and a cubby house for children and great food served promptly and with a smile and a chat from the great staff

I was worried about leaving my room to use a bathroom on the landing , but it was a lovely bathroom with separate toilet right opposite our room and just felt like home

Very old building, nearly 100 years. So the windows and doors could not been locked properly. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The beer is nice.
