Sense of responsibility in staff. After making our booking and payment 2 months earlier, they cancelled our stay at the last moment where they dint even have the courtesy to call and inform me about it, when I called them to check for more amenities that's when I got to know that my stay was cancelled and I forced them to arrange a stay for us when they suggested Vishraanthi which was much more costlier than this stay but we had no option.

Worst ever staying experienced of my life. They are making fool out of you, very arrogant property owner, they don't care of their customers. Only thing the food was good. Rooms were dirty with worms, lizard. My Humble Request to booking.com please don't spoil your brand image by showcasing such a third class property on your website. Please stop cheating your customers. Even a homestay will be better than this.
