Blue Ocean Sands - On the Beach

The location is really great and we thoroughly enjoyed

the challenge was with the food. Food was not at all tasty and there is a lot of improvement needed to make food a lot better.

The Location was very good...close to the beach and get access to a private and secluded beach

To find this hotel is a pain as we reached in the evening couldnt figure out the way and they havent marked it properly with lights

Floor was wet all the time

Location was good, it was attach to beach. Food was also good especially dal-kichdi.

- We only had 1 washroom for 7 people. - Washroom was not clean. - Bed where not at all comfortable. - Room was too how, fan didn't help, and mosquitoes did not let us sleep in night. - There where not much restaurant options outside, so you are stuck with one in hotel.

The location of the resort is away from Kumta town and suitable for the people looking for a private space for vacation. The private beach area is very well maintained and the dinners are arranged near the beach along with campfire is a special one and highly appreciated for the whole setup during night time. Care taker Vinod is very supportive in guiding the required things for guests inside and outside the resort as well.

The rooms can be maintained in a little better way which are little stinking and the bathrooms have leakages which needs to sorted and taken care. Food is not upto the mark and we had to bring it from outside restaurants couple of times as they don't have wide menu and tasted bad especially non-veg items.
