Bu otelde ilk kez kalmıyoruz ancak konaklarımıza göre tesisin hem kalitesi hem temizliği hem konforlu fazlasıyla düştü. Odamızda sıcak su iki kişi konaklamamıza rağmen bir kere duş almamıza yetmiyordu, gece esnasında kaloriferler açmamıza rağmen otomatik olarak kapanıyordu ve soğuk bir odada uyumamıza sebep oluyordu. Gelir gelmez fark ettiğimiz temizlik sorununu hemen personelle bildirdik, lekeli havlular, lekeli çarşaflar konaklamamızı oldukça konforsuz kıldı. Bu sorunlarımızı yok edeceğini zannederek o da değişikliği teklif edildi biz de kabul ettik, ancak hiçbiri maalesef yeni odamızda çözülmemişti, aynı SORUNLAR devam etti. Otelin tek bir artışı konumu, merkezde olması gayet rahattı. Personeller verdiğimiz puan sonrasında bizimle ilgilendi sorunlarımızı çözmeye çalıştı ama maalesef onların elinde olan hiçbir durum yoktu bu yazdığımgimiz tüm sorunlarla beş gün boyunca yaşadık.
