Manque de prise de courant et de clarté dans la salle de bain Et dommage que le personnel n' ai pas quelques notions de Francais

Esthétique de l'hôtel, aide efficace et rapide du personnel de nuit lors d'une chute de mon partenaire pendant la nuit

La taille de la chambre , trop petite pour permettre à une chaise roulante de se mouvoir , alors qu'il est dit que l'hôtel est compatible pour les personnes handicapées. J'avais précisé la présence de la chaise roulante au moment de la réservation. La gestion "militaire" du petit déjeuner, refus de donner un café et un morceau de pain, toujours en place sur un chariot, en raison d'une arrivée à 10h30 heure de fermeture . Par ailleurs, Il a été nécessaire d'entreprendre des discussions avec la réception pour obtenir l'autorisation de prendre la petit déjeuner dans la chambre pour mon partner qui était traumatisé par sa chute pendant la nuit, alors qu'il fallait simplement donner un plateau ! le comble du ridicule, il a été refusé de donner une petite cuillère, et la sucre a été versé dans un mouchoir!!!!!

Perfectly positioned for access to beach and town. Very quirky hotel. Lots of pools. Helpful staff

Breakfast could be improved. Only one small toaster for lots of people. Disappointed to find room did not have a balcony so had to pay to upgrade which took the shine off the holiday.

the room was nice and big , the beach and pools was nice and clean. the front desk was helpful, there is a free parking , great location

the bathroom soap and stuff was very poor and minimal. the sheets was not replaces for 5 nights! the breakfast was good but very basic.

Location on the beach within easy walking distance of shops restaurant and bars and ability to hire car/bike and local bus services Plenty of sun-beds on the beach within easy walking a waiting service for snacks and drinks Beautiful ground which are well maintained Room cleaned daily towels changed daily and beach towels available for free Pool bar and lovely restaurant area Spa offers lots of treatment and I would highly recommend the deep tissue massage

Hotel has taken over the hotel next door since the end of last holiday season, hotel is not on any web site advertising that the rooms here are 2* standard as no upgrading as yet apart from the pool area If you are not a beach person limited sun beds around the pool area, due to increase number of guests using the area and only beanbag loungers in the adult only pool area not so good for those slightly older guests Breakfast can also be difficult to find seating at busy times due to increased number of guests, there also limited checking of food available as on a number of days, this was improved after speaking to management I have stayed at both of the hotel on numerous occasions
