I don’t have enough space here to express my disappointment. Firstly, the cleaning is absent, at check in we had spots on our toilet, the water leaked from the wc and we had to call for someone to clean our room. There is rust everywhere and if u dont pay attention you can easily get hurt. At breakfast there are no labels so you dont know what you are eating. Because of the lack of safety measures at this hotel I ended up at hospital during our stay!!!!!! The lady manager/receptionist is the rudest person I have ever known. She yelled at us and thrown us some unpleasant words. The rooms are not as in the pictures, everything is old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!

El personal sin dudas! Fueron maravillosos, su atención, su calidez y nos resolvieron todo lo que necesitamos. La piscina y el bar estan muy bien también :)

La ducha no tenía enganche arriba, esto nos pasó mucho en Grecia, no se si es normal allí pero teníamos que tenerla con la mano. Fuera de eso, todo maravilloso!!

We chose Epavlis hotel for the second part of our trip, which we recommend to others. We spent the first three days in Oia, which is a center with a lot more amenities. Epavlis hotel is located in Kamari, a smaller place ideal for a vacation, a few minutes walk from the beach, there is a bus stop for Fira nearby, the only problem is that you never know exactly when to expect the bus. The room was clean, with a sea view, the pool is ideal and the hotel has a room for playing table tennis, football.. which we unfortunately discovered only on the last day, it would have been good if someone had introduced us to it when we arrived. The guy working at the reception is extremely kind and a perfect 10 for him!! :)

The toilet is quite inadequate for a 4-star hotel like this, it is worn out and should be replaced. The water is not drinkable and the shower and sink are salty, like the sea. Extremely uncomfortable even for brushing your teeth

La hab amplia, cama normal, baño bien, y buena terraza con vista al mar...

La cantidad de escalones que habia que subir hasta la hab. No informado, nunca, y nosotros tenemos dolencias, ellos después de esto nos ayudaron a subir las maletas...y está muy lejos del centro..!
