"Nice place in Cuenca, walking distance to the river"

The location Is near a mall and across from a gym. The staff made everything possible to overcome the troubles for the outages.

There was some construction around and it was a bit noisy. It is temporary though, other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The pillows are sooo comfortable. The water is nice and hot. The staff in the restaurant were friendly.

My room was too close to reception. I could hear visitors talking most of the night..

The location was good for shopping. It was a good value overall.

The small restaurant out front was unreliable. The lady running it would disappear for long periods of time.
