I stayed at the mentioned hotel for 2 nights. And while I was making the payment using a credit card (visa/mastercard) as the payment method, they told me that this could not be done and that they wanted to charge me in cash. Later in the conversation, they sent me a link where I could make an online payment and this site seemed very unsafe, but I made the payment despite this. However, the hotel officials persistently reached out to me and the person I was staying with via text messages and phone calls and said that the payment had not been made. The bank I worked with suspended the transaction for 2 days and contacted me during this process and said that I had made an unsafe payment. Afterwards, despite my approval, the bank did not approve the payment and during this process, I had already gone to another city from the city I was in. During this entire process, I was constantly harassed via phone calls and WhatsApp messages after the payment method, which was due to their own mistakes. They wanted me to pay them by bank transfer or cash. However, since I am in a different country, I cannot make a bank transfer and I cannot travel again and pay in cash because I am a tourist and I must protect my cash, so I did not pay in cash at first. Because it has been stated that it is obvious that physical transactions are accepted as credit card payments.
