"Pathetic stay ever"

Nothing

They didn’t have room available so clearly they overbooked. They asked me to go to another branch and stay there. Room was horrible and it didn’t have basic necessities. No toot brush no towel no AC no tissues. Overall pathetic service

"False advertising"

Helped us get our food but was still very late to come. Helped with the luggage.

Doors were broken, one of our residents was trapped inside for 10 minutes until one of the workers came and helped release the door as it wouldn’t open. Also false advertising as One of our family members had to sleep on the floor which was an inconvenience as we booked for 6 people but only got rooms for 5. This resulted in one of our family members sleeping on the floor which led to back pain. The long journey was not worth it for this stay. The room phones did not work either.
