Nice modern building, airy, spacious. Very clean. Complementary coffee and juice. The coffee is excellent. Air conditioning works well. Nice shower fixtures. We were very pleasantly surprised at the value for momey

Neighborhood a bit rough. No restaurants within 15 minute walk. We walked over the highway to find some food but quickly retreated. The food court portellio had some nice regional food and we watched the world cup there.
