Al nostro arrivo alle 15 l'hotel era chiuso e noi non avendo avvisato per l'arrivo ,abbiamo dovuto aspettare in strada,finché sono arrivati i proprietari che nel frattempo, non rispondevano al telefono .

This is a really beautiful place to stay, in the old town on Lindau island. The building itself is old, but it has been wonderfully renovated in a way that preserves many of the original features. Our accommodation was exceptionally spacious, so that we effectively had both a sitting room and a bedroom. The hotel is very close to the centre of the old town and the harbour, so you can easily walk everywhere.

Car parking is a problem, but this was already clear from the reviews, and the owners clearly explained the parking situation before we arrived, so this did not come as a surprise. There are several car parks that you can use, but they are typically a 20-minute walk from the hotel (apart from a very expensive one near the hotel). However the problem is very much eased by the fact that there are very good bus services between some of the car parks and the hotel, which you can use without paying. I feel that the very great advantages of the hotel completely outweigh the problems of parking.

Familiengeführtes Hotel in toller Lage. Die Location ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit vielen kleinen Details. Jedes Zimmer anders, auch die EZ sind sehr schön mit einem grossen Bett und viel Platz im Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück, Eierspeisen werden nach Bestellung gemacht. Es war schon mein 2. Aufenthalt in 2025...komme sicher in 2026 wieder vorbei
