AUGBBreakfast was good, but annoyingly early. On a Sunday morning, breakfast hours were 8:00 - 8:45.
Move breakfast hours a little latter. A 10am check-out time is unreasonably early for a weekend away.

GBLocation great. Breakfast very good plenty to eat and tea, coffee. Bar busy, friendly and good choice of ales.
When I booked paid highest room amount and surprised by the room. Beds and linen good. The cupboards in poor condition unable to open drawers. Main complaint was the smell of chip fat in the toilet/shower. Kitchen had an extraction system but must be leaking into the shower. The fan in toilet was unable to remove the fumes as looked blocked with fluff. Our clothes still smell of chip fat.
