The environment and staff were excellent. Thanks to Helga who actually served me very well and knew me by my names the second visit I came there. Cheers to all staff otherwise you are all great people looking forward to coming back there.

You did not have all meals at our request. Most of the requests couldn't be fulfilled just on the restaurant area you really need to be on top of things. Stock different kind of meals for different customers. For example most of the people like fish but this was not in stock all my two nights i spent there. Every other area was good except for restaurant where we couldn't get our preferred orders but only get what was available.

Clean, premium and very relaxing. Lovely breakfast too

The location. It is in the middle of an extremely busy street. Very confined parking area and hard to find where the parking lot is
