The room and amenities. My reservation was for room 207, when I arrived, it was not ready and was given a room that do not have a hot shower, exposed under sink and night table that you cannot use because it was lock. No phone to call the front desk for problems or issues to address.

bed was comfortable have a good quality of food being serve in cafe and restaurant

the staff specially the one who assisted us on the room and the waiter serving in the cafe, dont have a sense of courtesy to wait for us to show our room. he just leave after taking the room key. he' the fat one with stylish beard.

The beads were the best. After my gruesome drive to lucena because of how bad the traffic was, It was such a relief that the mattress was really soft.
