RedDoorz at Villa Puncak Tidar

The bed was’t bad.

Location was very hard to find. I sent a message before the arrival to let them know at what time we would arrival. They never responded this message so we hadn’t any contactperson. When you put the address in google maps, you won’t find the location. We had to use the map from booking to find it. The room was noisy: a rooster was making noise the whole night long just below the window. Furthermore a lot of mold on the walls, a broken tap…

Accomodation is very local Indonesian, I assume this counts for most of RedDoorz, so don't expect western standards. We wouldn't book again. Everything is very old and run down. They also messed with our room, so we didn't received the room we booked. At the end after some lengthy discussions we could move to a better room. English knowledge also was not present, but ok this sometimes is the case, but prepare to sue a translations service. In general we advice to pay a bit more (pos side it was cheap), and receive better quality.

RedDoorz at Villa Puncak Tidar is a strategic place in my opinion to stay at an economical price. Only now it is necessary to make some improvements, and the owner of RedDoorz at Villa Puncak Tidar plans to carry out this improvement process. Hopefully it will be done quickly, and if it has undergone renovations I am sure RedDoorz at Villa Puncak Tidar will be a comfortable place to stay with the family. From the food offered on the menu, the prices are quite cheap and delicious. The butter fried chicken and English sauce and the dimsum dumplings are quite delicious.

Some renovations need to be done in the interior and also in the bathroom channels, because some rooms have leaks in the water system. And if several rooms use the water heater, the hot water doesn't get hot.

The site provides spacious room and beds as mentioned. The location is superb. Air conditioner worked well despite of its creaky noise the whole nite

The place def needs more staff for maintaining ultimate cleanliness, e,g : bathroom, bathroom door needs locking, linen needs to be renewed as the one given bears non-removable ink stains. The site did not provide either enough number of towels as displayed on the booking confirm nor toiletries and mineral water en-suite, Drinking water tank was nowhere in sight, as well ( or, perhaps they are not included due to the price?). The location is superb, though

I like the coziness of the place. It feels you're home away from home. The atmosphere is very relaxing and safe as well.

The facilities are not that really good but understandable because it's an old big house turned into a comfy accommodation.
