Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was much bigger than we expected, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The only small downside was that there wasn't a hairdryer in the room. However, this wasn't a major issue and didn't affect our overall experience.

Umístění hotelu je skvělé. Hned přes ulici je nástupiště lanovky. Pokoje po rekonstrukci moc pěkně. Jediná výtka ke kuchyňskemukoutku,kde byla jen mikrovlnka. Chybelo vybavení, dokonce nebyl ani set na kávu a čaj.

Snídaně skromná, ale dostačující. Hrůza byly ale papírové kelímky a dřevěná michatka na ranni čaj a kávu. Myslím,že v hotelu má být porcelán,není to rychlé pohostinství. Rezervaci doporučuji dělat mimo sezónu na poslední chvíli, dost ušetříte na slevách. My zaplatili plnou cenu, naše chyba.Byli jsme tam skoro sami. U snídaně bylo v jednu chvíli více brigádníků než hostů.
