Nothing new.

1. Bathroom was slightly infested by baby cockroaches. 2. The AC had water leaks. 3. The room ambience feels lonely. 4. Poor remote control signal can't even do basic task like volume up or down, switch modes. 5. The pillow is so "Masyadong malambot" it is very uncomfortable.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The room is spacious and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool especially perfect for hot summer days. We are also the only ones using it that time. There are also nearby stores, cafe, and carinderia you can go to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The pool is closed during Mondays and there's a fee per person worth 500 each to be paid at the property. It would be nicer if there are kitchenwares in the room.

The room is spacious and super clean. The price is good for those people who are looking for 1 stay only and budget hotel.

Only the cost.

A lot! First , toiletries. It was mentioned that it’s free toiletries but when we reached there , nothing, I asked the staff , he answers me that they don’t have , he didn’t even give a suggestion or offer. Second , the Aircon is not working good . Third , the bed is not safe for baby aged 1 to up because the edge has rough still and it’s pointed, so you need to wrapped with cloth. Fourth when we check out just the stain of the Milk , they charged us 300peso. They didn’t even consider the 3 disappointed points.
