Low cost room without compromising safety, peace & quiet, cleanliness and great service. You get the most important (above, + toothbrush and shampoo, conditioner & body wash in one tube). Really helpful staff, and may overnight security. Elevator will be a huge plus for the elderly etc. There is a laundromat (very helpful for us) and store beside the property. Though it is located in a bit of a shabby/ busy area (that makes it cheaper I guess), with just a short trike ride you can be in Araneta Center, or any jeepney lines. The trikes were not an issue - we never heard traffic noise during the night at all.

- Linens and towels don't look and smell clean. (I would not use it if I had a choice, but we travelled light and didn't bring towels with us). - AC was not very quiet, but tolerable. - There was noise going on starting at 8am (not sure where it was coming from,, but other than that it was relatively quiet the whole night. - No internet password communicated to me (I didn't need it the first night). - No kettle and cups for coffee/tea. Not an issue for us since we would go out for meals. -There was a tiny cockroach that my Brit husband saw. -The room didn't smell clean and fresh when we first came in, but it improved a few minutes after we turned on the AC.
