Not soundproof enough; can hear street sounds (motor vehicle noise etc), but that’s only a very minor issue compared to the facilities and customer service which is exceptional.

The Wi-Fi is horrible, we've asked for it to be fixed, they tried but it didn't get better. So we just gave up.
