Very disappointed! They charged my credit card for the deposit and said it was refunded, but I never received it. I contacted them many times, but no help at all. Totally fake and dishonest! Be careful — Hotel Celeste is not trustworthy.

"It was a very pleasant 7 nights stay."

The hotel is in very good in terms of cleanliness & Condition. All the staff have the same warmth and hospitality just like when we stayed there 3 years ago, they are so consistent. breakfast options is balanced and fulfilling. The location is very close and accessible to Ayala Center.

Stayed overnight and found the location to be excellent—very convenient and easy to access. The service was warm and professional throughout our stay. There was a small housekeeping oversight, which we mentioned at checkout, and the staff were receptive and courteous in response. Overall, a comfortable experience with great potential.
