Sunset Terrace Mestia

The Sunset Terrace in the autumn colors of late October was a brilliant hotel choice in Mestia! We chose a room with a large, private, terrace overlooking the stone towers in town and a riot of autumn color in the surrounding trees. The October foliage was just stunning, really. We appreciated having a separate sitting area and bedroom and loved the light coming in from large windows on 3 sides. The bed was comfortable, breakfast good, and staff warm and welcoming. We had a car but enjoyed the short walk to town so much that the car never moved until the day we had to leave.

I don't recall any negatives.

It has a beautiful view. If you have room 301, we will really enjoy the night there! The staff are really friendly and helpful. They speaks English well. The rooms were spotless. They set up extra beds for my children. One of my best hotel experiences in Georgia.

They don’t have AC in the rooms. We went during hottest time of the year. I think in general it will not be a problem.

Beautiful minimalistic decor. Huge room.Excellent service including a free ride to our bus departure. Breakfast was varied and very good. The view from the 4th floor terrace is amazing.

one of the biggest advantages is the view! better, then in other places, looks directly on mountains!

everything is great! staff is great. only one thing I would like to improve — make food on breakfast hot/warm. it’s not unfortunately.
