Fiesta Beach Djerba

Location of the hotel is good, right on the beach and beach is lovely. Room, we had a 2 bed room, room was fine apart from the bad smell In the toilet, it was clean just smelt strong urine like smell all the time. Pool, very nice, pool bar good, kids liked the slides. Downside had tk get up to get subbed! Hate doing this but would all be reserved by 8am, one day a group of 7 stayed reserved until 3:30pm before anyone came! Poor it’s not managed. Signs are up but ignored! Entertainment team most very friendly, some didn’t speak to us , felt they was only interested in the French people. Downside everything is in French so no idea what is going on. Snack bar, staff helpful and attentive Main restaurant, awful this would get 1* staff rude, no plates, glasses on buffet, very similar food each day, all edible but the same each day. Had to clear own tables alot to get somewhere to sit and go to the stations to get cutlery! Extremely poor for the restaurant. Beach bar, staff great.

Le personnel hôtelier, très très bien, presque exceptionnel A votre écoute et fait tout pour vous satisfaire. Par contre vous vendez des prestations auxquelles je n ai pu accéder Les transat sont occupés constater des serviettes, des 7 heures du matin, et les gens viennent vers 10heures Inadmissible J ai du aller 3 fois dans un autre hôtel pour profiter d un transat J ai constaté également deux cafards dans la salle de bain En espérant que mes réflexions seront prises en compte. Je me répète le personnel exceptionnel, je me permets de vous le dire j ai travaillé 30 ans dans l hôtellerie,/ restauration Je n ai pas pu profiter de la plage, très sale, déjections animales sur la plage et pleine d algues Inadmissible, Vous m avez vendu des prestations dont je n ai pas pu profiter Pour le buffet, il manque un choix de poissons, mais ça c est une affaire de goût

Mettre une personne dédiée au moins deux heures pour les réservations des transat Augmenter le choix du poisson au buffet Nettoyer la plage

Trop d algues sur la plage , ils pourraient nettoyer car l accès à la mer n est pas facile à cause de ça
