- Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett - Unser Tatami-Zimmer war sehr sauber - gratis Parkplatz und gut angeschlossen - Tatamiboden immer gut - Vendigmachine und Waschmöglichkeiten - integriertes Onsen, das beim Besuch gratis ist (nicht benutzt)

- Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, für 2 Personen ok, aber bei 4 Personen wird es eng/kuschelig - Die Futons mussten wir selber machen - Die Futons sind extrem dünn und die Kissen dafür sehr hart

Room size was excellent, although the layout was a bit inconvenient. Large closet. Location was OK and parking was free. We ate lunch in their cafe and it was good. Our room was quiet. Shower only had a small telephone spray, but it worked well. We arrived a few hours before check-in time, and they stored our luggage securely for us.

All towels were tiny and thin. We had to ask them for two more as one each would not dry a person. The bathroom sink had an automated spout that only dispensed very cold water, and it was hard to fill a cup from it, etc. There was no waste basket in the bathroom. Every other Japanese hotel we have stayed in supplied bottled water, but this one did not. Pillows were not comfortable and no options were offered. Sofa seat was rock hard. Slippers were not sanitized, so we did not like to use them in bare feet. No reading lights by the bed. We had great difficulty in getting heat because the controls were only in Japanese. All staff were basically unilingual, so we had to communicate by smart phone translation. Most signs and all menus were in Japanese only.
