Proximity to visa offices. Staff was kind and helpful despite the terrible condition of rooms

Its located in a smelly, shady neighbourhood. Hotel in on 8th floor of a run down building. Paint was chipping off in rooms and cockroaches roaming on beds. There was no breakfast even though Booking.com charged for it.
