it’s still a building site. I had to move rooms twice due to toilet stench and air conditioning not working. my colleague had to leave the hotel it was so bad and nothing was done after promise of fixes. awful place.

Clean. Spacious room. Felt safe.

I was forced to move room after the first night as they'd messed up the booking. The new room had aircon that sounded like a helicopter. There was no ability to sleep in there. I reported it and was told it would be sorted. Next night, it was still ridiculously loud. I then left and was charged for the night I didn't sleep there. My friend I was travelling with was moved between 3 rooms in 4 nights due to sanitation and issues with aircon. The stairs are like a building site. I fell on day 1 over 2 bricks and a kettle in the stairwell. The place is dirty, in a poor state of repair and only a few of the staff speak English.

Not enough choice for food. Nothing like in the menu. Most of the time when you order food from the menu the chef in the kitchen say they don't have. For example prawn, mutton or other type of fish etc. You don't have a choice. The room need to redecorate & more TV channels options

1. Rooms are very dirty. We ve never experienced such awful moment in any hotel we ve been before in any country. 2. We booked 2 rooms close to each other as we had a child but we ve got rooms floors apart 3. We ve got the 7th floor and we could not sleep whole night due to noise issues. Very uncomfortable stay at that hotel.

Got an executive room Iso standard as booked. 7th (highest) floor. Room was very ok but very noisy from outside and pigeons were picking and.. on roof.

Toooo noisy, room need some refreshment. ANYWAY, as often the case, hotels are OVERRATED. Where come the stars from?? Maybe a lack on contrôle of agoda !?
