The rooms are small

Breakfast had a good variety particularly the ballroom overflow. there could have been more staff allocated as it was extremely busy and waiting time was long just for a cup of tea When we arrived we were greeted by Khushi who had a huge smile and made us very welcome with tulsi mala and tikka. Check in was swift and Khushi was very considerate of our stay to ensure that we were comfortable. She is an asset to the hotel we feel and nothing was too much including when we checked out. she ensured the process was efficient and welcomed us to visit again and we shall

Some staff members could have smiled and made us feel welcomed: example the concierge at the entrance when asked regarding some tours was not very helpful. he was very dismissive and i felt that the Taj as a company was not represented well

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem großen Angebot. Freundlichkeit und Service des Personals entspricht den Erwartungen bei einem Hotel mit diesem Qualitätsanspruch, in jedem anderen Hotel würde man es als außergewöhnlich bezeichnen. Das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Am meisten haben wir die Taj Mahal Club Lounge genossen.

Das schöne Ambiente im indischen Restaurant LOYA wurde leider durch unpassende Musik gestört. Das Ambiente der HARBOUR BAR und die Cocktail Kompetenz desPersonals werden dem Anspruch des Hotels nicht gerecht. Das Zimmer in der Taj Club Kategorie war schön aber nach Erfahrungen in anderen Hotels hätten wir es zumindest etwas größer erwartet.
