The people take care of the property are amazingly kind and helpful

Just outside the hotel there is garbage and slam on the right. However major tourist attractions are just in walking distance range. I mean i understand at this price what else i can get in coloba.But garbage and people sleeping on the street just infront of the gate. This could something be controlled
