Room was having torn bedsheets, non clean chairs, no towels provided...not a good hotel to stay for sure.. avoid

Property owner not accepted our booking through your app. He charge 1300 in mid night by saying all room are full. If you want then you have to pay 1300/- .

Demand of excess money in mid night.

Hotel asked advance amount to ensure reservation whereas as per booking.com this is not required. Room were not so clean. No restaurant or tea/ coffee counter in hotel
