"Last minute cancellation by Hotel - Not Recommended,"

Property cancelled 2 hours before our check in.

We messaged immediately after booking saying we are on the way. Property manager 1st messaged saying booking is confirmed. 2 hours before booking they sent us a Whatsapp and then called to ask us to cancel because they were overbooked. They then asked me to cancel from my end which would mean I would incur the cancellation charges which I refused. Ultimately, I had to send out a complaint to Booking.com customer service and guessing that since I am a Genius member, either Booking.com or Hotel cancelled the reservation from their end. I found this whole experience quite disappointing and unprofessional and also had to hunt for last minute reservations at other hotels. I have never experienced this with any of my reservations on Booking.com before and so wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

"For the money they are charging it is ok if you are passing through."

Location and staff. Close to the highway so easy exit. The staff was helpful and responsive.

The sheets were not clean, there were no toiletries … not even soap or towels. The sheets were not clean. Bottled water was limited. You have to use zomato for food service. They recommended a close by restaurant which was slow to respond and deliver, and the food was terrible.
