Location was superb. The best was the behaviour of all the staff. Specially I highly appreciate the restaurant staff as they were very polite and helpful.

Too costly compare to amenities and other hotel , parking issue and staff also neutral not so welcoming .

Old amenities and hotels , no parking space , cost is too higher than other hotels .

Went to India v England cricket match and this was a great location for the stadium with good travel. Staff were good in helping out and staff at breakfast provided good service. Excellent craft beer place next door....

I checked in on February 5th for a two-night stay. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations due to several issues: 1. The receptionist did not properly inform me that breakfast was included with my booking. 2. On February 6th, when I returned from an outing, I discovered that the key to my room was not working. 3. I reported the issue to the front desk, and a staff member arrived with a master key. However, upon opening the door, he found another guest in the room. Additionally, my luggage was left open, and some of my belongings were missing. 4. Later, another receptionist informed me that my originally assigned room (302) had been given to another guest, and I was offered a different room instead. After about half an hour, I was reassigned to room 301, and my luggage was returned to me. This experience has been very disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expect from a reputable hotel. I hope that these issues will be addressed to improve service for future guests.

Staff was courteous and responsive to asks. They were sufficiently staffed for managing an almost-full hotel too. Breakfast spread options were okay.

Location is terrible. There huge noise from traffic on road that doesn't let you sleep. On top of that there's noise from metro. And if you thing you'll get a room far from road, there's train tracks on the back. There is no room on the property where you can get a calm restful night sleep. Absolutely avoid this hotel if you want to sleep at night.
