"Location is good , rooms are big & nice but breakfast poor."

not a good spread of breakfast it was like any Upidi south Indian restaurant no much choice,

breakfast , staff NOT well trained .

Nice clean room with powerful shower Impressive rooftop bar - but service issues.

Seems to be a real communication issue here, maybe it’s just the language barrier. Service was poor at the rooftop bar, had to request a menu & out of an order of 2 x fries & 2 x pizzas we only received 1 x fries despite requesting several time so we gave up & left to eat elsewhere. Staff seemed more interested in a drinks photo shoot that was taking place & the television screens which is disappointing as we only booked hotel because of the rooftop bar.
