Landgasthof am Königsweg

If you want to feel historical atmosphere, this gasthof is good choice. During walking, floor give nice "old" sounds, windows are small and give cosy, historical impression. Nice garden, very tasty served breakfest-this gasthof is totally different in compare to nowdays modern hotels, but this is a biggest advantage:)

Real quality restaurant, very friendly and personal service. Classified building with unusual room design. Close to the highway ideal to overnight en route.

Shutters could have closed more thoroughly.

- the location is very nice in a small village and within a short walk u are in the middle of "green" fields and small woods - the owners are very friendly and guest oriented - the breakfast was very good, it is served to the table and u can ask for your individual choices - the room was big and good equipped - price / quality is in the right ration

- i've had a room on the top, there are steep steps to go there; not good with a lot of luggage or for older people

- location, very quiet - restaurant -terras - friendly -price

- the bed could be more comfortable and add pillows

Great building Room 7 is the best, having a second floor for the bathroom! Very much invested couple running this hotel. Very nice and polite. Food is far better than what you might expect in a small hotel. The food has won and merits multiple awards. People get to this place for the food only!

Because of below I review with a 7 instead of 8-9 what it could have With a price of $88 (single occupancy and with genius discount) bit overpriced. Bed needs to be replaced, squeaks and creaks even when you only breath…. I can’t stand that when you book single occupancy you only get 1 small blanket and one and a half flat pillow (I know it’s common in Germany but with a price of 88 you might expect a bit more if you ask me) It was very warm (really hot) in the room when I arrived (what a waste of energy) and really needed to switch of heater and open window even the bad weather conditions
