The lady at the front desk is the kindest, most helpful person and so willing to accommodate. Just be aware that cabs have a difficult time finding the address and there are only stairs but they will help with your luggage. There is very hot water in the shower!

Bugs! There were bugs in the room! Many small roaches and one giant sized waterbug. After my insistence, they moved me to another room where there did not appear to be any, but I know they are not just contained in one room and it was hard to relax knowing that.
