the room is clean, the view is amazing and the staff is helpful

the surrounding in hotel area a bit messy

The staff was extremely rude. At one request, the lady ignored me completely and went on eating, although I was trying to show her the translation of what I wanted to say in Vietnamese. Another time, I asked for my passport and she mimicked the word sarcastically. When we asked to change our room because we couldn't fall asleep (noisy street!) she just said "no" but we saw they had many empty rooms. Honestly, if you don't want to deal with tourists, don't run a hotel! You make the experience awful, and you ruin the image of the kindness of this amazing country. The room was very cheap and our expectations were low. But kindness doesn't cost a thing.

great location and comfortable bed. I stayed here while ill and it was the ideal place to recover.

not sure if they rented out motorbikes as there was a few to the front but nothing advertised

We liked the position to the centre of town but tour room was quite noisy because we had a window as requested . I geuss you can't have it both ways. Room was comfortable otherwise for the discounted price. Not sure if I would pay full price for it though

The kitchen that was advertised as being able to be used is not really accurate. They kindly allowed us to use theirs but it was very clutered

Check-in hour. The hotel offered me to check in earlier than I thought I could. Nice room, full of light. The location is super convinient. Pictures are exactly the same as the real room Reasonable price for this kind of property!
