Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room was more spacious than other twin rooms I've encountered in Japan too. Included breakfast was very welcome and they were happy to modify for vegetarian diet.

Hotel was evidently a bit old. There was signage to a stone sauna that was no longer operational. The location isn't near all that much, although there are a few restaurants within walking distance.
