Very nice and helpful service

Wish that our room had a view to the wonderful water front

Great location with lovely breakfast room, great views from the room and has in house restaurant with sea front views. Staff were great in giving us a ride on their electric vehicle for us to catch bus or taxi at the front gate, however the walk is very short to the front gate so don’t be put off. Coffee and tea available at all times.

Small attached bathroom but doable for few days stay for couples.

My stay at Vila Perast was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautifully the property balances modern comfort with the timeless charm of the town’s classic architecture. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, elegant, fresh, and stylish, while still preserving that authentic, historic feel that makes Perast so special. Everything was impeccably clean, which immediately made the space feel even more welcoming and relaxing. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warmth and genuine hospitality created such a comfortable atmosphere that I felt completely at home throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Vila Perast to anyone looking for a perfect blend of modern luxury, historical charm, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to return!
