Hotel Perama

Breakfast was typical Greek, with the added option for cornflakes and some cake. I had read some reviews mentioning noise from nearby planes, but this honestly didn’t bother us at all. In fact, the view was great, especially watching the planes take off and land. The fridge in the room was very useful. The staff, an elderly couple, were very friendly and helpful. As we had an early check-out and were going to miss breakfast, we asked if we could take something with us. She kindly prepared two toasts for us to go, which was much appreciated.

The toilet design was quite uncomfortable and required manual cleaning after each use. The shower area and curtain were also very small, so water inevitably splashed onto the floor. The facilities and furniture are rather dated, though this may come down to personal preference. Street parking was quite dangerous as its a main road. Quite pricey in terms of value for money, but it was still one of the cheaper options around Corfu town.

Friendly hosts, good rooms, excellent view 🌄✈️. Close to the airport lovely breakfast.
