Spacious family apartment with enough room for a family. Convenient private parking and easy access to Sofia and the main roads. Staff were polite during check-in and check-out.

We discovered that a section of carpet next to one of the beds was wet enough to soak our socks. We reported the issue immediately to reception and later through Booking. During the night we noticed a mold smell in the room and were unable to comfortably use that bedroom. Although the staff apologized at check-out, we never received any written follow-up through Booking and no meaningful compensation was offered. Breakfast was also very limited and below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The overall experience did not match the category of the room we booked.

Prima hotelkamer, heerlijk zwembad, prachtige locatie met uitzicht op de bergen.

Het ontbijt was niet erg hotelwaardig vond ik. Mijn eigen logees krijgen nog fijner ontbijt. Ook kregen we met 4 dagen, 3 nachten maar 1x schone handdoeken en pas nadat we het zelf gingen vragen.

A nice hotel if you want to sleep at the Sofia ring road, without need to enter the city.
