Ever since I saw it on the internet, I have been dreaming of coming to this location. I had very high expectations, but all my expectations were exceeded by what I experienced there while we were accommodated. Everything was impeccable, the whole location is amazing, all the attention to all the details is at its best, the pool is gorgeous, the food is exceptional, the service is impeccable, all the staff is kind and nice. We received a room upgrade that made us extremely happy, we loved everything to the point of tears, we enjoyed every second intensely. It is difficult to explain in words what Our Habitates means, you have to LIVE and ENJOY. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, it was a vacation like a fairy tale. 🙏❤️

We were initially impressed the Celestial Villa was beautiful and the view was stunning, and the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. However, our overall experience was very disappointing for a place we expected to be 5 stars. While we expected high hospitality standards. The room service was extremely slow, and on two separate occasions when we were just five minutes late for the buggy, the staff became rude. We are here to relax, not to feel pressured or criticized. The restaurant service was also slow and unprofessional. Many staff members seemed unsure how to interact courteously with guests, and some were even disrespectful. We have stayed in resorts around the world, and this is the first time we have encountered such unprofessional and unpleasant service at a place claiming high standards. One of the best parts of the trip was the stargazing experience. The night sky was absolutely breathtaking, and our instructor, Mr. Albulwi, made it even more memorable with his engaging storytelling and attractive way of explaining the stars and constellations it truly added depth and wonder to the experience and kept us captivated throughout. We hope management will train their team on how to deal with guests professionally and consistently good customer service makes a big difference.

Honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed at. قصي البرقاوي went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful with our check in.

An amazing stay the facilities are amazing the staff are so respectful and very cooperative but mainly موظفة الاستقبال راما البلوي من اول ما وصلنا الى اخر لحظه وهي متعاونه و فريندلي جداً والموظف محمد البدر he is an amazing story teller المعلومات اللي عنده ماشاءالله Very inspiring trip definitely will come back Thank you

Loved our stay! Absolutely worth it. Big shout out to Mohammed and Rama “محمد البدير وراما البلوي” they were absolutely the best!
