"Nice boutique hotel with limited staff and technical resources"

Boutique hotel interior and location are great.

Air Condition did not work, we notified staff about the problem in the afternoon and said we come back later after a party. Around midnight the room was still 24C, AC was not fixed and hotel staff was not able to provide air fan or even air our room. They said we should keep the windows open to loud "party street" with several cafeterias and constantly passing cars and teenager groups. The room price vs sleeping quality was not in balance. They offered free breakfast, but that does not compensate night with bad sleep :(

Restaurant and location were nice. Also liked our 2nd room (junior suite)

Our 2nd room. Deluxe room, Value for money 1 stars. Fancy looking hotel, Service rude. Location is nice. Paid over 200 euros without breakfast for room Without Working AC. They said that its normal that AC isnt working proberly in some of rooms. They suggested visit Parnu in wintertime. 😉 Room temperature 23-25c. No even fan offered.
