La posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro. La persona al check in è stata molto gentile, parlava benissimo inglese e anche italiano. Abbiamo chiesto un asciugacapelli e ce lo hanno dato, abbiamo chiesto di poter ritardare un pochino il check-out e ce lo hanno permesso senza fare alcuna difficoltà. La stanza quadrupla era enorme, molto pulita, ben arredata, silenziosa. Avevamo a disposizione 2 bagni, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato, essedo in 3. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la luce, perché le finestre erano oblique e la tenda non oscurava del tutto. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti. In stanza c'era il bollitore, e la prima mattina abbiamo potuto fare il caffè, ma c'erano bustine solo per la prima mattina, la seconda mattina non avevamo le tazze pulite e non c'erano più bustine di caffè. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina, ma se si ha costume, ciabattine e cuffia per i capelli e possibile usufruire di una bellissima piscina.

Niestety w pokojach czuć zapach chloru, pokoje w standardzie średnim, przydał by się remont, w ofercie było śniadanie, którego hotel od dawna nie oferuje. Do tego brak szczegółowych informacji dla gości , a mianowicie po powrocie do hotelu około godziny 23ej brama / wjazd do garażu zamknięty, telefon kontaktowy milczy i nikogo nie było. Musiałam szukać po obiekcie Panią, która miała dyżur , żeby otworzyła wjazd, zeszło mi na to z 20 minut. Jestem rozczarowana.

It was only seven or eight minutes walk to the metro station, which made it very convenient. Also, each room came with a refrigerator. The two beds were comfortable and the staff at the front desk who are available till 10 in the evening were uniformly, helpful, and very pleasant. Also, a great assistance was the free map available at the desk which included main attractions of Warsaw and the metro, tram and bus lines.

I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t easier to use the pool as that was a major attraction for me. You had to ask at the desk for a paper which allow you access once a day for 90 minutes. It is a public pool though, and there are special requirements for its use. You are supposed to wear slippers and not street shoes to use the changing room. You could take them off and go, barefoot. The pool closes at 10 PM but you have to clear out earlier. At least in my experience later in the day, the water gets cooler, especially the small hot tub, which is more like a lukewarm tub.
