FALSE DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL! PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE INSIDE THE HOTEL BUT ON THE ROAD IN FRONT, IF THERE IS A SPACE AVAILABLE! EVERY ROOM DOES NOT HAVE A BALCONY! EVERY ROOM DOES NOT HAVE A BATH BUT A SHOWER! the person at the reception is clearly both the receptionist and everything else in the hotel, and he does this job BELOW any standard for a hotel, let alone a 2 star hotel Welcome without a greeting or any additional information that would normally be resolved at the beginning upon arrival?! considering that it was the beginning of spring the evenings were colder, we were told that the heating would turn on after 6pm...it didn't turn on until we asked for the same around 6:30pm there is no hot water on the first floor...we asked about that too....he turned on the heating just before 6pm and it takes time for the water to heat up! and it takes about 3-5 minutes for the water to run for the hot water to reach us! so we are not the only guests in the hotel, and you know we will need hot water..we were told to wait about THREE HOURS for it to heat up. THREE HOURS!!! The first shower was only after 9pm when some hot water came in the morning there was no heating, no hot water!! AGAIN!! we asked, it was only turned on at around 7:30am and it still takes time to heat up!! is this some kind of hidden camera?! why did you shut it off? AVOID THIS HOTEL EVEN IF IT IS YOUR LAST OPTION IN THE CITY!!! unless you like showering in cold water, looking for parking on the surrounding streets and imagining a balcony in front of the window...then this is your cup of tea

The rooms at Olympia are well-designed, offering plenty of space and great amenities. The private bathroom with a bath was a highlight, and the balcony added a lovely touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, making our stay even better.

For the price, Olympia offers great facilities and a prime location. The free on-site parking saved us hassle, and the 24-hour front desk meant we could check in late without a problem. A top choice for visiting Edessa!
