Als ich wegen dem Gestank in meinem Zimmer angerufen habe, war die Frau am Telefon sehr nett. Zum Glück habe ich für die zweite Nacht ein neues Zimmer bekommen.

Mein erstes Zimmer hat sehr stark nach Rauch und Essensdüfteb gestunken. Die Kissen waren furchtbar. Wirklich furchtbar. Dass es einen Self-Check-in statt einer Reception gibt, war mir nicht bewusst und ich fand es eher unangenehm und fühlte mich nicht willkommen.

Frühstücksbuffet, Regendusche

Schimmel an der Decke. Das das Zimmer, resp. das Fenster genau auf die Terasse geführt hat und nur mit einem Vorhang zugezogen werden konnte.
