The restaurant is always open for breakfast while lunch and dinner are served from the last Saturday in May until the third Sunday in September. So now it is closed and will reopen on 28/05 until 25/09/2022.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "In the picture view from our balcony."

The host contacted prior arrival and as we where running late at night waited for our arrival. Great parking in the shadow and good location for city tour and beach day 👍🏼

Check in was till 10:00am and the room cleaner came in after 09:00am to clean the room- we were still in beds 🤣

Big plus is free parking, even though its on the grass and only few parking places has roof In "all inclusive" packet you have free lounger and parasol in beach Good communication with stuff, if they dont know it, they use google translate Tasty food, on lunch and dinner you can choose 2 foods from 4 options Hotel is not on the beach, but beach is really close only 1min from the hotel

We booked the all inclusive - but is actually full pension/board version - food 3 times a day + drinks included (only during food times) No mini fridge in the room (but we knew that when we booked the place) There is bathroom in room included, but is quite small, since shower and toilet are on the same place You need to pay city tax at the end of the stay, but you can pay it only in cash and we didnt know that The old city centre of Rimini is further away maybe 2km, but we didnt mind, since we had our bikes with us
