Location

Rooms are horrible. Wall has signatures and there was a place looked like water been leaking for very long time and smell was odd too.

No lamps. No light in the vanity area

A place to lay my head

The staff was rude the maintenance man had to come to my room to fix the TV and told me I was wasting his time. I was told I couldn't park where I parked due to that a gentleman always parks there and he would be mad. And it wasn't even in front of my room. I had to park several spaces away from my room. I had to wait over an HR in my room. The parking lot was filthy the room wasn't clean. I never did get the TV to work right. It was a night mare that I would like to be reimbursed for. I use booking .com and have expectations. And I was very dissapointed

Perfect location

The rooms are nasty. There's Roaches . Mold in the showers. No shower curtain. No trash can or bags

Staff were nice and I slept great.

The pool was out of commission. The light fixture over my vanity was half missing. Bathtub looked filthy. Many homeless people staying there.

The manager was a very sweet lady

Property little run down

I had booked the room for the next day only to find out the next days date wasn't available so then of course I had to cancel, this cost the price of room which I could not afford needles to say & she put me in a non-smoking room when I requested a smoking room then there a dog that that constantly barked at me from the room next door, which I was extremely unhappy about to learn it's owner had apparently been gone all day & left the poor dog locked up all day in the room I was so upset in fact I tried to contact the animal humane society and apparently they were closed. I then called local authorities to have an officer I come by to check on the dog, finally the owner must have returned , I summarized when the dog eventually quit barking the awful most pitiful sounds the dog was making is why I myself was so upset I could hardly speak to tell the female officer at dispatch about the dog 🐕😞

None of it , really the whole venture was a complete mistake I wish I had just come to the Microtel by Wyndham , 909 8th Street, here Rogers first & none of that would've happened. Drop the mic boom 💥 I'm done ✅ If I can't get a refund for that whole complete canumdrum. I am never booking another room on booking.com ever again. Not happy at all 😔
