Spa was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our skiis in the hotel and after check out they kept our bags for us while we waited for the transfer to the airport

Maybe an iron in the room would have been useful

Престоя ни беше страхотен, стаите в апартамента са големи, хубави и чисти. Локацията е много добра, наоколо са и най-добрите ресторанти.

"Great stay in Bansko."

Super apartment. Lovely spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Staff were so lovely.

Living room is small. Furniture not sufficient for 4 adults. Sofa bed does not make an adequate sofa. Did not use as bed so can't comment on that.

Locatia nu are mic dejun inclus dar camera era dotata cu o chicineta. La solicitare, ne-u fost aduse plita, tigaie, vesela. Foarte amabili, foarte saritori.

מלון איכותי ומומלץ מאוד! החדרים מרווחים ומאובזרים, אחלה נוף מהמרפסת, המקלחת גדולה ונוחה והכול נקי ומתוחזק. השירות יוצא דופן – הטיסה שלנו התבטלה בגלל המלחמה והצוות אפשר לנו להתקלח וקיבלנו מגבות ללא תשלום, מחווה לא מובנת מאליה. מתייחסים כאן יפה מאוד לישראלים. סאונה מצוינת.

המיקום מעט רחוק מהמרכז אבל לא משהו משמעותי.
