It’s was super clean and nice!

The extremely long password to open the doors.

Inside, the location was perfect: brand-new, clean, comfortable with easy check-in procedures.

Outside, the parking space was super cramped and it was very difficult to find space. I did not feel 100% safe at this location as a female solo traveller. The location is in an industrial area (literally right next to the McDonalds McDrive). There are a lot of people hanging around at night.

Every thing is new, room is very clean

Nothing. I couldn’t even get into the hotel!

I booked my 4-night reservation 2 days ahead. When I arrived, I realized there is no reception. I checked all around the hotel, at night, in the rain. No open doors. I checked my email, and one had come in when I was driving to the hotel. It said I’d receive an access code and room assignment approx. 2 days before my stay (which is when I reserved the room). I received nothing. I followed the prompts to pre-check-in (in that same email) and that said it was successfully done. I waited. I then called the hotel number and left a message, and sent an email. After an hour I tried again and left another message. I then called Booking.com for help. They tried to reach out, too. They eventually had to cancel my reservation and help me find another place (at 8:30pm, for 4 nights, in Nuremberg during Christmas market time). It wasn’t easy. The whole experience was very stressful, especially having to use a translate app for every communication. The next day the hotel owner called and said “I see you haven’t checked in yet”!!! I would recommend against this hotel with everything I have. They truly left me stranded. And going forth I would recommend making it crystal clear that a place is all automated and has no onsite staff.

I would prefer to have a choice of pillows.The only one was much too big.
